To avoid any inconvenience caused by system overload issues during the onsite registration (Sep. 25-27), we strongly recommend early registration by September 17.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy.
Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the congress.
All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
A request letter by email is required.
Any phone application will not be accepted.
Until September 17 (Thu), 2020: 100% Refundable
From September 18 (Fri), 2020: Non-refundable
Once the payment is completed, registration information cannot be modified.
