Human Organ Preservation Effort(HOPE)
Dear Members,
Organ donation has always been the thrust of the HOPE or Human Organ Preservation Effort. Founded in 1983, it continues to promote organ transplantation as an important aspect of improving the quality of life of our CKD patients.
Through the years, various programs on awareness of the importance of organ donation have been spearheaded by the organization.
This year PSN joins HOPE, through its Committees on Transplant and Advocacy, as it launches the 2nd HOPE Transplant Film Festival. This activity is part of the grand celebration of the 50th anniversary of the PSN.

THE SEAL
The Society shall have its own seal which consists of two (2) concentric circles. Between the inner and outer circles are the words “Philippine Society of Nephrology, Inc. 1971”. Both the circles and the words are in green color. Inside the inner circle is a facsimile of the nephron’s renal corpuscle in red color on a yellow background.
